• In accordance with the Act, BorKorSor has established the “Transport Company Information Center” to provide public access to official information.
• Since 2000, sub-centers have been set up for direct access to information at respective departments.
• Requests can be made through the Information Services and Dissemination Unit under the Public Relations Division.

2. Online Information Access

• Official information under Sections 7 and 9 of the Act is published on the BorKorSor website: www.transport.co.th.
• In 2008, the website recorded 417,232 searches for official information.

3. Transparency in Procurement

• Information on tenders, bid results, and procurement activities is published on the website to ensure transparency and accountability.
• No complaints or disputes have been raised regarding BorKorSor’s procurement processes.

4. Publication of Information

• Public information is disseminated through brochures, flyers, annual reports, and other documents.
• Relevant service details and public-impact information are also available on the BorKorSor website.
• There have been no complaints regarding failure to disclose information.

5. Learning from Best Practices

• BorKorSor staff responsible for the Information Center have visited the Ministry of Transport’s Information Center, which has achieved exemplary ratings for two consecutive years.
• Insights from the visit are being used to improve the BorKorSor Information Center in alignment with the Act.

• Visitor Services: Hosting tours and information sessions at the center.
• Internet Access: Providing internet-based information searches.

• Visitors must dress appropriately.
• Exchange a valid ID (e.g., national ID, government official ID, or state enterprise employee ID) before entering, in accordance with BorKorSor regulations.
• Contact on-duty staff at the Information Center for assistance.
