Travel Terms and Conditions

1. Invalid Tickets:

   • Tickets with alterations, erasures, or cancellations are considered void and cannot be used for travel.
     
     

2. Advance Ticket Purchase:

   • Tickets can be purchased up to 60 days in advance (or 90 days during major holidays).
   • Passengers are allowed to reschedule their journey once within 30 days from the original travel date.
     
     

3. Rescheduling:

   • Tickets must be rescheduled at the ticket counter at least 3 hours before departure; otherwise, the rescheduling right is forfeited.
   • Once rescheduled, the ticket cannot be refunded.
     
     

4. Ticket Refunds:

   • Tickets must be refunded at the ticket counter at least 3 hours before departure; otherwise, the refund right is forfeited.
     
     

5. Travel Instructions:

   • Passengers must board the bus on the date, time, and platform specified on the ticket.
     
     

6. Phone Reservations:

   • For phone reservations, tickets must be booked and issued at least 6 hours before departure.
     
     

7. Baggage Allowance:

   • Each passenger may carry up to 2 pieces of luggage, with a total weight not exceeding 20 kg.
     
     

8. Liability for Baggage:

   • The company will only be responsible for damages to checked luggage with attached tags, up to a maximum of 1,000 THB, as per company policy.
   • The company is not responsible for the loss or damage of valuables carried by passengers, or items stored on shelves or inside the bus.
