TCL. Awards Certificates and Scholarships to Students in the “Crafting Vocational Dreams” Project Year 9
September 30, 2024 – Mr. Somchai Buabus, Director of the Maintenance Division at The Transport Company Limited (BorKorSor), represented the company in awarding certificates and scholarships to four automotive engineering students from Pathumthani Technology College. These students participated in the “Crafting Vocational Dreams” Year 9 project, completing a 4-month internship from June 4 to September 30, 2024, at the Rangsit Maintenance and Inspection Center, Khlong Luang District, Pathum Thani Province.
Purpose of the Project
BorKorSor recognizes the importance of youth as the nation’s future. The company’s Subcommittee on Good Corporate Governance and Social Responsibility has continuously supported this initiative to:
- Promote practical, out-of-classroom learning for vocational students.
- Provide a high-standard environment for students to gain hands-on experience in automotive maintenance.
- Enhance students’ skills and prepare them for future careers.
This project aligns with BorKorSor’s CSR and Environmental Responsibility Master Plan, aiming to empower students with real-world experience, fostering employability and national development.
