Vision

                   To become transportation hub with modern and efficient fleet providing quality services connecting all regions as well as being socially and environmentally responsible.

                   Hub means being equipped with the fleet, bus terminals, personnel, modern technology, passengers and products transportation centers as well as being able to connect all regions and having products distribution centers in all regions.

Modern means being able to develop and improve the fleet, terminals and servicing staff in order to respond to passengers’ needs continuously as well as having up to date information technology system as a mean to support correct and precise decision making.

Efficient means being efficient in providing quality service in transportation, bus terminaland servicing staff to be in line with ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) as well as having a firm set of safety standards.

Quality Services means gaining Number 1 ranking as transportation service provider by the year 2021 (In the following categories; Bus Terminal, Fleet and Servicing Staff) as well as achieving no less than 90% customer loyalty rating.

Connecting all regions means creating transportation network to countries with geographically possibilities for land transportation such as Laos, Cambodia, Myanmar, Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore and China. 

Being socially and environmentally responsible means operating with good morals and operational controls. Encouraging staff to participate in events involving the society and environment.  Be socially and environmentally responsible for the sustainable growth of the organization.

          1. Continue to improve services to reach international standards in both transportation and terminal businesses. Focusing on safety, convenience, punctuality and modern technology in order to impress and cater to customers’ needs.

          2. Improve the quality of passenger terminals and maintenance centers as well as creating transportation network that covers nationwide travel as well as connections to other countries in the region.

          3. Increase the standards of services of both TCL’s and affiliated company’s fleets by protecting passengers’ rights as well as providing insurance covering the lives and assets of passengers and third parties.

          4. Manage the business by focusing on the benefits of shareholders and stakeholders. Run the business efficiently and actively. Increase Human Resources potential to encourage Cost Leadership. Using Information Technology system in order to provide quality and competitive services.

                   The company increases its competitive ability in servicing by increasing the level of standard of both the passenger terminals and the fleet. Improving the conditions and providing the clients with the modern facilities to cater to their needs. Building inter-connecting terminals in the border provinces to facilitate cross-border travel between ASEAN countries.Boosting the income and profit potential from the development of related businesses.Creating database from membership system in order to gain information benefiting the marketing, customer service and customer relationship management (CRM) strategies for long-term added-value as well as promoting the company’s safety awareness.

                   Increase efficiency in cost and risk management in time of tough competition

                   In all businesses, the cost occurred is one of the most important factors to determine the chance of survival when facing with competitors. The Company understands the importance of cost and risk management in time of tough competition we are facing now. In order to make profits and maintain growth stability, the Company has strategically ventured into real estate development, investing in new businesses as well as applying effective information in business decision making.

                  

                  Promote and control the safety measures in public transportation

                   Passengers safety is the Company’s priority. Therefore, the Company has come up with different strategies to prevent and reduce all kinds of accidents related to public transportation.                      The Company’s fleet is equipped with CCTV and GPS in order to gain passengers’ confidence.                     This resulted in the Company winning Thailand Public Service Award under the Excellence Service Development category in 2014     for the development in controlling and monitoring the fleet safety using GPS. The awards were given by the Office of the Public Sector Development Commission (OPDC) on 3rd October 2014.

                   Manage under good governance principles

                   The Company conducts its business with transparency sharing the business information publicly under good governance principles. Every aspects of its business can be inspected creating awareness of the Company’s position as                              a socially and environmentally responsible organization.
